3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or company may not maintain multiple accounts

4. For Shippers

• Provide accurate shipment details and requirements
• Ensure shipments comply with all applicable laws
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Not ship prohibited or hazardous materials without proper authorization

5. For Carriers

• Maintain valid operating authority and insurance
• Provide accurate equipment and service information
• Honor accepted bookings and commitments
• Provide real-time tracking updates
• Handle shipments with appropriate care

6. Fees and Payments

Service fees and transaction fees are outlined on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify fees with advance notice.

7. Liability

iLoad acts as a platform connecting shippers and carriers. We are not a carrier and do not assume liability for shipments. Each party is responsible for their own insurance and liability coverage.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfering with platform operations
• Sharing account access
• Circumventing platform fees

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to completing any outstanding transactions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
